🕒 Each workout takes around 1.5 hours.
🧠 Programming is quite difficult. You have to consider exercise redundancy, overlap, cardiovascular demands, volume, time management, and you also have to focus on weak points. I have spent since October 2021, researching and perfecting my exercise selection and order. I have spend a lot of time on this. This is my personal workout split. This is my favourite routine out of all the ones i have done: Upper/Lower, Full Body, Push Pull Legs, Arnold.
